An Elephant riding & trekking combination trip on the Trail of Falls. Walking along the “Huay Sae” - a natural stream from the mountain, feeding the famous Tad Sae Waterfall. Along the stream grows natural, primary vegetation. Natural wonders and elephants are what you will experience today.

The activity will start at 09:15 AM from the resort with a short walk to the neighbouring Elephant Village where you will be introduced to their Asian Elephants and depart for a scenic ride. Enjoy the new perspective from the back of an elephant and the wonderful nature surrounding you. A stunning landscape, quietness, and the lush nature allow you to relax on the elephant's back for a 1,5 hour ride to the jungle camp. This retreat jungle camp is located on the entrance of a valley where the stream flowing down from the mountain. Here, you will hang out for a lunch and watch the elephants and the jungle surrounding you.
Then you'll follow the streams to the amazing Tad Sae Waterfall via a 1,5 hour trek through primary vegetation. Linger at the waterfall for a while, or swim in the refreshing cool cascades. (Between February and June the waterfall is dry.) Our boat will pick you up for a ride down the Nam Khan river to the Lao Spirit Resort.
This activity may reverse from boat to waterfall, trekking and elephant riding.
